Q: Who can join GENO?
A: Membership in GENO is open to all types of organizations (including commercial, educational and governmental entities) and individuals. Any entity that can sign the Membership Agreement can become a Member. Members may either for-profit or not-for-profit organizations.

Q: How do I join GENO?
A: One of three ways-

Q: How soon after I join will I get my membership package?
A: You will receive your membership acknowledgement approximately two weeks from when you join. In the meantime, you will receive a unique user id and password to login to our online resources immediately upon confirmation of your registration.

Q: What is included in my membership acknowledgement package?
A: A customized membership card and special offers from our partners.

Q: Can an organization that has members itself join GENO?
A: Yes. Membership is open to other organizations that themselves have members ( Corporate Membership). In this case, the benefits of GENO Corporate Membership generally only extends to the management staff and officers indicated in the membership form. Benefits do not flow through to the other members.

Q: When will I be notified of my membership expiration?
A: You will receive your renewal notice two months prior to expiration.

Q: I want to know my member ID number, where do I find it?
A: That information can be found on the front of your membership card. If you have lost or misplaced your card, please call us or click here, and we will mail a new one out to you. (Administrative fee applies)
