Through our Business Mission Trips program, GENO enables you to go into countries across the world and learn from different business leaders across the world. With our entrepreneur network in different parts of the world, we are able to advise you on the "hotspots" of doing business in different parts of the world. Our mission trips are also excellent networking opportunities to you to interact with people across the globe.

As part of our efforts to assist in the internationalization of local businesses, we regularly meet with foreign counterparts from private and government organizations to discuss and explore collaboration opportunities to further the business interests of our members. GENO is also directly involved in many international trade exhibitions around the region and frequently assist participants of our trade missions and exhibitions in the application of government grants and subsidies for business venturing or exploring markets overseas.

What will you do?

When you participate in a Business Mission Trip, not only will you help network and lead a team to grow foreign businesses, you will also have the opportunity to experience the culture, visit a wide variety of national monuments and historical sites, attend athletic events, enjoy fine dining, and experience local cultural events.

Each Business Mission Trip is unique. The trip will have the cost savings of group travel, but will not consist of large groups all on exactly the same agenda.  The total group will work through a ten-stage count down prior to departure and this gives time for participants to understand the different cultures and be confident to face the challenges ahead.

In addition to free time to experience the culture of the country, you will also be able to participate in one or more of the following activities:

Business Mentoring

GENO understands that doing business in a strange country is an arduous task. We have strategically partnered with the best for you to have an opportunity to meet and learn from them. You will be mentored and discipled by businessmen in small groups.

You will be taught strategies used by these business people in their country and what are the best places to do business in their country. This is based on real live examples which have enabled these business people to be one of the most successful people in the market.

Teams will visit business owners and/or managers and share one-on-one about their successes and mistakes in business. It will be a great source of encouragement for them to hear how others have overcome the challenges they face. Team members will see that the basics of business are the same in every country. They will also get to see how different cultures blend together to create a single identity.
