GENO 's Youth Enterprise Academy (YEA) main mission is to provide students with skills and knowledge in money management, how to be successful in college, how to select a career, and how to understand the fundamentals of our market economy. This new academy will provide crucial support and advice to inspire young people to consider enterpreneurship as a career option and will raise awareness of the wealth of opportunities available. Other than its emphasis placed on entrepreneurship, G.E.N.O's YEA will also conduct youth coaching programs for youths
What is Youth Coaching?
Youth Coaching is primarily developed to assist young people to set their directions and goals from an early stage so that they are able to define strategies and goals from a young age. This will in turn help them in their future career path so that they will be better focused on their direction in life. Coaching has proven to have numerous benefits:
